Still unsure?

Read on to discover why CloudFest 2026 should be on your calendar. I’ll also walk you through my experience attending CloudFest 2025 and what made it one of the most impactful events of the year.

What is CloudFest?

CloudFest is the ultimate gathering point for the global internet infrastructure industry in Europe. It brings together top decision-makers from the cloud computing, hosting, domain name, cybersecurity, SaaS, and digital services ecosystems.

The event takes place annually at Europa-Park in Rust, Germany, one of Europe’s top amusement parks, transforming a serious tech event into an immersive and engaging experience.

Whether you’re building cloud-native solutions or monetizing digital infrastructure or digital assets, CloudFest is where global Business meets technical innovation.

My personal experience of CloudFest 2025

My VIP ticket at CloudFest 2025
My VIP ticket at CloudFest 2025

CloudFest 2025 was my first time at the event—and it completely exceeded expectations. I’ve traveled from Bucharest to Stuttgart and then took a train to Offenburg, as that’s where I found a pretty affordable hotel, considering I made the reservation at the last minute.

The organizing team offers bus transportation to neighboring towns, such as Offenburg, every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the last one to Offenburg was at 8:30 PM, so I had to leave by that time and missed most of the parties. For the next edition, I will choose a hotel near the location or rent a car so I can leave a little bit later.

From the moment I arrived at Europa-Park, I could tell this was not your average tech conference. The event’s layout, networking design, and quality of attendees were of world-class caliber.

🗣️ Sessions:

I attended in-depth talks on WordPress, AI-driven hosting automation, new TLD monetization strategies, and cutting-edge security frameworks for multi-tenant cloud services. The speakers weren’t just impressive—they were practitioners with real-world experience.

💼 Networking

I had the opportunity to reconnect with industry leaders and meet new contacts across the domains of hosting and SaaS. Memorable moments include deep chats with:

I suggest signing up for the conference app to gain full access to the attendee list, as well as the list of speakers and their corresponding tracks. This way, you will be able to plan your meetings and sessions well in advance, and you will not feel rushed.

🍷 Social Events:

The parties were spectacular—think private concerts, themed networking zones, and conversations on roller coasters (yes, really!). It sounds wild, but it helped break down barriers and turn connections into real relationships. Unfortunately, as mentioned earlier, I have to leave early due to transportation issues, but in future editions, I will be better prepared.

🤝 Business:

I left CloudFest 2025 with two potential collaborations and several discussions with affiliates and service providers lined up. Additionally, I reconnected with a couple of people I had previously met at other events.

That ROI alone was worth the trip.

Don’t take my word for it; check pictures and recap video:

The event wasn’t just about ideas—it was also about hospitality and fun.

Overall, Cloudfest 2025 delivered a perfect mix of insight, strategy, and community. It brought together seasoned experts, curious newcomers, and driven entrepreneurs under one roof.

Location of the venue: Europa-Park, Rust, Germany

CloudFest takes place in Europa-Park, Germany’s largest theme park—and let me tell you, there’s no other tech conference venue like it. The moment I stepped into this unique setting, I understood why thousands of professionals return every year.

Europa-Park is not just a venue—it’s an experience.

Set in the peaceful town of Rust, nestled between the Black Forest and the Rhine Valley, this location perfectly blends Business with excitement. The sessions and expo take place in the park’s Confertainment Center, surrounded by roller coasters, themed hotels, and restaurants representing different countries. It’s immersive, energetic, and unforgettable.

CloudFest attendees get exclusive access to rides, so don’t be surprised if you’re sealing deals on a roller coaster. It’s quirky, but somehow it works.

🚗 The venue is easily accessible by car or train from cities like Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Strasbourg, and shuttle services are often provided from nearby airports for attendees.
