I came across an interesting case study on AffiliateFix about running a nutra offer for varicose veins in Bulgaria. The analysis was clear, the data made sense, and the strategy was simple but effective so I rewritten this version for publishers who want to explore new GEOs or test fresh niches.

Exploring a New GEO: Why Bulgaria?

After stabilizing campaigns in familiar markets, I wanted to expand and Bulgaria had been on my radar for a while. I hesitated because I didn’t want to disrupt my existing system, but after chatting with a few people in the community many saying female-oriented nutra in the Balkans performs extremely well I decided to test it.

Placements

I kept only two placements:

Creatives

I used three simple but proven formats:

Approval took longer, but after warming up the fanpage, it passed.
